Siksha ‘O’ Anusandhan (SOA), Bhubaneswar was established in the year 2007. The campus is spread over 452 acres of land. Siksha ‘O’ Anusandhan is accredited by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) and the National Board of Accreditation (NBA). The university is also recognised by the University Grants Commission (UGC). In the NIRF 2022 Ranking, it has been ranked 10th in the dental category, 18th rank in the Medical category, 16th rank in the university category, 27th rank in the engineering category and 45th rank in the research category. The university has a total of 1317 faculty members and the total student enrollment is 12913.
The Siksha ‘O’ Anusandhan, Bhubaneswar also has ICAR accredited programmes. Siksha ‘O’ Anusandhan, Bhubaneswar has been established with an aim of educating the students to become and transform into a responsible, productive and enlightened citizens. SOA UNIVERSITY B.TECH ADMISSION PROCESS VIA SAAT
The students who are interested can apply and sit for the Siksha O Anusandhan Admissions Test (SAAT) that will be conducted by the institute.
The merit list will be released by the college after SAAT.
Students need to appear for the counseling process that will be conducted in both online and offline modes.
As per the Siksha ‘O’ Anusandhan admission process, the selection will only take place on the basis of the merit lists of SAAT.
The final selection will depend upon merit, students’ choice of preference, the availability of seats and SOA fee payment.
SOA B.TECH ADMISSION PROCESS THROUGH JEE MAIN
The students have to appear and obtain valid scores in JEE main examination.
Eligible candidates have to fill the SOA University application form.
The applicants will then be selected on the basis of their secured rank in JEE Main examination for Siksha ‘O’ Anusandhan admissions.
The final selection will be offered after document verification and fee payment.

50% marks in 10+2 exam or equivalent exam with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects and any one of the following subjects: Chemistry/Information Technology/Computer Science/Biotechnology/Biology/Statistics/Technical Vocational/Informatics.
