The Oxford Medical College Hospital and Research Centre were established by the Children’s Education Society in the year 2013. The vision of the college is to excel in the art of empowering medical professionals to be efficient in fostering global competencies through advanced technology and research inculcating ethics value-based learning.
It is affiliated to Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Karnataka and approved by MCI, New Delhi. OMCHARC courses include undergraduate, postgraduate, diploma, and MBBS. The college since its inception is imparting learner-centered education for excellence in knowledge, skills, and attitude in providing holistic health care services to the society with compassion, commitment, confidence, and conviction.
The college has pre-clinical, para-clinical, and clinical departments with experienced faculty members. The academic programs in the departments are according to MCI Regulations which are adopted by the Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences. The programs include Theory classes, Practical Demonstrations integrated teaching and regular feedbacks are taken from the students for improvements.

- Aspiring candidates who wish to apply for Oxford Medical College Hospital and Research Centre, [TOMCH] Bangalore admissions 2022 need to have passed [10+2] P.U.C Examination from the state of Karnataka State with PCM and English as optional subjects or from any other equivalent examination recognized by the Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Science with minimum 50% aggregate marks.
- Candidates who have passed an intermediate examination in Science from an Indian University Board or other recognized body with Physics, Chemistry and Biology, with a practical examination and English as a compulsory subject with minimum 50% aggregate marks are eligible.
- Candidates who have passed the qualifying examination for B.Sc of a recognized University provided that the candidate has at least two of the following subjects Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English with minimum 50% aggregate marks are also eligible.
- The minimum cutoff is reduced for reserved category candidates to 40%.
- Clearing any other examination which in scope and standard is found to be equivalent by the Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Science also makes the candidate eligible.
- For Foreign Nationals/ NRI candidates need to have passed a qualifying examination recognized as equivalent by Rajiv Gandhi University Of Health Sciences.
